Services

Continuous Flight Auger Piles (C F A)

Suitable for most ground conditions, CFA piles have an almost universal application for civil engineering and building projects.

CFA piles are increasingly used in built up areas to provide foundation and retaining structures. The larger diameters and greater depth of pile now being offered have considerably extended the range of applications.

Advantages of CFA piles:
- Vibration Free
- Low noise
- Reduced heave
- Quick and cost effective
- Installation close to existing buildings
- Wide applications
- Good vertical and lateral capacities
- Suitable for most ground conditions

Obstructions

Quinn Piling has specialist attachments for the CFA rig, which are designed to penetrate both natural, and artificial obstructions. The tool is capable of boring through rock bands, boulders, masonry and unreinforced concrete.
